Titebond® WeatherMaster Metal Roof Sealant is specifically formulated to outperform all other sealanttechnologies, including silicones, tri-polymers, and polyurethanes.This superior polymer formula provides a waterproof seal against water,wind, dust and dirt. It offers exceptional adhesion to Kynar™ coatedmetal materials, along with standard metal, aluminum, steel, galvanizedbonderized surfaces, plastics and glass. The product is ideal for useon a wide variety of metal roof, trim, architectural metal siding,aluminum, galvanized steel, galvanized gutters, flashing anddownspouts. It also provides unbeatable adhesion to wood, brass andother common building substrates.
Titebond WeatherMaster MetalRoof Sealant is available in over 50 colors, all of which match today’spopular metal roof and metal siding colors, regardless of the materialor manufacturer. If touch-ups are necessary, it is paintable in onehour after application. It extrudes in extreme weather conditions (downto zero degrees Fahrenheit) and is UV-resistant, making it the idealchoice for exterior applications. It will expand and contract with thechange of weather and temperature and will not crack. This sealantcontains no solvents or isocyanates and is VOC-compliant.

Tooling time: For a 1/4″ bead, approximately 20-40 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.
Working surfaces: Surfacesmust be clean down to the original substrate and free from any materialthat may deter adhesion. It is the sole responsibility of the user tothoroughly test any proposed use with all substrates to determineproject suitability. To ensure neat sealant lines, mask areas adjacentto joints. Remove masking tape immediately once bead is tooled.
Cleanup: Clean tools with isopropyl alcohol before it dries. Scrape dried excess. Follow solvent vendor’s precautions.
Air,caulk and surface temperature should be above 0°F. WeatherMaster may bepainted anytime after one hour with water-based paint.* For other typesof paints, we recommend a compatibility test. If joint depth exceeds5/16″, use backing material. Not designed for continuous submersion oruse below the waterline
