Majestic 75-1303 & 75-1304 Cold Weather High Visibility Class 3 Parka – designed to keep out the wet and the cold. Sewn-in, quilt lining and detachable hood. All seams are taped. Sleeves have elastic cuffs and snaps for wind protection. The flap pockets also snap and the heavy duty zippered front includes a storm flap.
