How Do I Exchange an Item, or Return an Item and Receive a Refund?
20 DAY RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, sometimes a purchase does not work out. Therefore, The Man Store offers a
20 Day Return Policy* on most items to meet the needs of our customers (please see exclusions below).
To qualify for a return, the product must be in resalable, new condition (i.e. unworn, with tags, and still in its original packaging) and returned within 20 days from date of receipt of goods. All returns & exchanges must be authorized by The Man Store and a Return Material Authorization form (RMA) must be issued prior to the return or exchange. The Man Store will not accept a returned product without an RMA. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipments without authorizations may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS will be subject to both original & return shipping and handling costs.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
- A copy of your receipt with your order number
- A note stating the reason for the return- or the requested item for exchange
The Man Store will then issue you an RMA #. Please reference the RMA # with your return; and Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. Insurance on the package is recommended, but it is not required.
Reimbursement – What to expect
Once The Man Store receives the returned item(s), an inspection will be made for approval. When complete and approved, a credit in the original form of payment will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 25% restocking fee, or your exchanged product of choice will be delivered. You will receive notification via email of your refund/exchange. The estimated time for processing returns is 24-72 hours.
**Important Notice & Additional Details**
Custom-made products & other items listed below are NOT returnable or refundable. In addition to custom-made products, we do not accept returns on Fall Protection, Respiratory Products, Chemical or Bio-hazard Clothing or Gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are “tamper-free”. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning.
The Man Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or after delivery. Therefore, please use careful consideration when selecting a shipping address at checkout.
Shipping, Handling, & Other Fees
Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Incorrect and/or unauthorized chargebacks to your credit card (Visa,
Mastercard, etc.) and/or insufficient funds for electronic checks, for merchandise that you have ordered will be subject to an administrative fee of $25.00. You (our customer) are solely responsible for disputing any and all issues with your credit card company.
20 Day Deadline
All sales are final 20 days after delivery date unless any unique courses or actions were agreed upon between The Man Store and our Customer.
