|1/4″ bead||3/8″ bead||1/2″ bead|
|10.1 oz. Cartridge||31 ft.||13.5 ft.||7.5 ft.|
Tooling time For a 1/4″ bead, approximately 20-40 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.
Working surfaces Surfacesmust be clean down to the original substrate and free from any materialthat may deter adhesion. It is the sole responsibility of the user tothoroughly test any proposed use with all substrates to determineproject suitability prior to using product on your application. Toensure neat sealant lines, mask areas adjacent to joints. Always applysealant in a bead form. Do not smear or wipe sealant to a thinconsistency outside of joint or masked area. Once sealant is dry to thetouch and does not transfer, remove masking tape. Must be painted witha water-based (latex-based) paint when used indoors.
Air,caulk and surface temperature should be above 0°F. WeatherMaster may bepainted anytime after one hour with water-based paint.* For other typesof paints, we recommend a compatibility test. If joint depth exceeds5/16″, use backing material. Not designed for continuous submersion oruse below the waterline
