Titebond Self-Leveling PolyurethaneConcrete Floor Joint Sealant is a one-component, self-leveling, premiumgrade, high performance polyurethane sealant which is specificallyengineered for contraction/expansion joints and cracks in concretedecks and floors. Designed to flow easily and smoothly into concretecracks and joints providing a permanent and durable seal. Meets orexceeds Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type I, Class A, ASTM C920Type S Grade P Class 25, Use T and M, CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87, Class-1-40-B-N and C-1-25-B-N.

Tooling time For a 1/4″ bead, approximately 10 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.
Working surfaces For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry and free from any material that may deter adhesion.
Cleanup Cleantools and excess material with mineral spirits before it dries. Scrapedried excess. Follow solvent vendor’s precautions when using solvents.
Do not apply if rain is expected within 12hours. Air, caulk and surface temperature should be above 40°F. Curetime is dependent upon ambient conditions including temperature,humidity and moisture. Typical skin time is +/- 20-45 minutes based ona temperaturee of 75°F @ 50% relative humidity. Paintable after productis tack free. For best results allow sealant to cure 48 hours beforepaintingor exposing to traffic. Store unusedproduct in dry location ator below 75°F.
